Privacy Policy
Zenoqar is operated by Zenoqar Inc. ("Zenoqar", "we", "us", "our"). We care about your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep it short because the practice it describes is small.
Zenoqar Inc. is the data controller for the information described in this policy.
If you have questions about anything below, email us at hello@cardata.pro.

Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- The public website at zenoqar.com (the "Site"). The Site is also reachable at cardata.pro, our former brand domain, which serves the same pages.
- The application at app.cardata.pro (the "App") for customers who have an account.
- Any communications between you and us by email or through forms on the Site.
We are in the process of moving our brand from CarData Pro to Zenoqar. During that move both domains above are ours and are covered by this policy; the App keeps its current address until it is migrated.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the Site, the App, and our customer relationships.
On the Site (zenoqar.com and cardata.pro). We do not use marketing cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics scripts on the public Site. Standard server-side request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path) are retained for a short period for security and operational debugging.
On the App (app.cardata.pro). When you have a customer account, we collect:
- Account information you provide: name, work email, employer, role.
- Authentication state: session tokens stored locally in your browser so you stay logged in.
- Usage information: which features you use, when, and how often, retained for product improvement and support.
When you contact us. If you email us or submit a "Request a Demo" form, we collect the information you give us (name, email, company, message) so we can reply.
We do not collect: payment card numbers (we don't process payments directly), special-category personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, etc.), or data about individuals under 16.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide and operate the Site and the App.
- Reply to enquiries and provide customer support.
- Improve our product based on aggregate usage patterns.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Site and the App (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). They process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, if we are required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Zenoqar Inc., our customers, or the public.
- Successors, if Zenoqar Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Where data is stored
Zenoqar Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, USA, and runs its business from Lisbon, Portugal. Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union, and the personal information described in this policy is stored and processed there. If you are outside the EU and use the App, your information may be transferred to and processed in the EU.
Because we are established in Portugal, our processing of personal data is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and your rights under it are set out below.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Port your information to another provider.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@cardata.pro. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication, role-based access controls, and audit logging on the App. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Server logs are retained for a short period (typically under 90 days). Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting reasons.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use cookies or local storage for tracking. The App uses local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies anywhere.
Children
The Site and the App are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
